1. Ordered products are delivered exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Poland and take place at the address specified by the customer in the order form.

2. The shipping time for products is indicated on the pages of the online store plus.kliwenta.pl. The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the delivery of the product takes place within the time specified on the product card in the online store. In the event of the impossibility of delivering the product within the aforementioned time, the Buyer will be promptly informed.

3. The delivery of ordered products is carried out through:

   - DHL Palette

   - UPS

   - InPost Courier

   - DPD Courier

4. At the moment of handing over the product to the courier company, the Buyer is notified of this fact by sending an email to the address provided in the order.

5. The customer can also personally pick up the ordered product from the warehouse of the company Kliwenta sp. z o.o. In the case of personal pickup, the buyer does not incur the costs of delivering the product.

6. The costs of delivering the product, which the customer incurs in addition to the price of the product, are provided on the website of the store when placing an order.

7. The cost of delivering the product in the case of choosing payment on delivery is fully covered by the customer.

8. At the moment of accepting the product, the customer is obliged to confirm its receipt. From this moment, the product becomes the property of the customer.

9. In the case where the subject of the Sales Agreement is a product that is digital content or a digital service, access to the product is granted immediately after the payment is credited, for example, by providing digital content or service on the customer's account in the online store or by sending a unique link (URL address) enabling access to the customer's email address provided during the order.

10. The use of products - digital content and services available in the online store is possible for a period specified in the agreement, on licensing terms applicable to the specific product, in accordance with the information provided in its description, and in the absence of such, in a manner and to the extent necessary for using the product according to its purpose and subject matter, solely for the customer's own personal use. If the individual licensing terms of the product do not state otherwise, the customer, based on the Sales Agreement, has no copyright to the product - digital content and services, and in particular, has no right to distribute or introduce them into circulation in any form.
